I see some guys criticizing others, because they are concerned about the privatization of IDBI Bank. When will it be privatized no one knows. But it is likely that it will be privatized at some point.
It is natural for a candidate to worry - someone who has spend a lot of time preparing to get into a government bank, scored sufficiently high in the exam and then suddenly get allotted to bank that would be private soon. If private job was the aim he/she could have prepared for ICICI/HDFC PO courses where competition is much less and you can get a private job way easier than going through the tedious and highly competitive process of IBPS.
It's funny to see so called hard work crusaders lurking in the IBPS PO thread and advising people not to differentiate between government and private and "work hard" . Why are you preparing for IBPS PO if government job has nothing to do with your ambitions. Surely there are other options for your "hard working" self. Most of us who have cleared IBPS Mains, have the intention of being a part of a PSU Bank and so we have prepared for it. If you have a different mindset, its all fine but do not criticize people who are concerned about their future. Peace.
