Even the age limit for Railway Exam is 33 years, whereas for IBPS PO (Banking Services) it is 30 years. Those who belongs to the General category has to suffer a lot. We take 3-4 years to become a graduate. After being a graduate, there are only few attempts left for General Category candidates to appear for CGL exams considering 1 to 2 years of preparation for the exam. Also the expert committee for recruitments to group B non- gazetted posts recommended age limit to be fixed at 30years back in 2006 itself. The matter is in DOPT for last many years buts no progress has been made so far. Its very imperative and reasonable issue.
