The exampundit.in conducted a survey regarding marks of 6915 candidates. This pi chart shows around 28% candidates got more than 95. so we can expect an average mark of 90. And in interview the average mark be 65. So (90/2)*(.8)= 36 And 65/5= 13 So final cut off should be around 36+13= 49

Delhi Police has to conclusively prove Omar and Kanhaiya are guilty before arrest and investigation.
Bhaiyon, proof will come in courts. Or they may be proved innocent and released. But the proof will only come after interview and investigation, right?
Why are they so keen to not allow investigation? Never mind. We know why.
