brothers and sisters, I worked in a it company from 17 june 2013 to 7th august 2015. then i resigned from my job without serving notice that was of one month. In company guidelines it is written that if any employee doesn't follow his notice period then he will be fined from full & final but it is not defined how much. but the general rule is employee has to pay half of the basic or full basic salary. but they are charging full ctc. this problem is creating when i want to withdraw my pf. what should i do. Please solve my problem.
