#Copied WHATS THE PROCEDURE AFTER ALLOTMENT OF BANK? 1.)After allotment of the banks by IBPS, selected candidates will get mail about appointment letter on the same e-mail id and also bank will send appointment letter at your correspondence address which contains all the details regarding the date and venue of the joining and training centre. 2.)Banks send offer letter within 2 months from date of announcement of final result. (Most of the banks provide training before joining.) IN OFFER LETTER BANKS WILL GIVE DETAILS ABOUT ALL THE METHODOLOGY AND SALARY STRUCTURE THEY FOLLOW. BANK WILL GIVE DETAILS OF PLACE OF ALLOTMENT ALSO. CANDIDATE WILL BE ALLOTTED NEAREST BRANCH AS PER PREFERENCE MADE BUT IT IS NOT COMPULSORY THAT THEY WILL BE GIVEN NEAREST BRANCH. 3.)You will be intimated by the bank to inform at zonal office or regional office for document verification and to finish joining formalities. Banks usually conduct 10 or 15 days training program where they will teach you about banking function and process Some Joining Formalities: You will be asked to do the below things before joining 1. Medical Fitness Certificate issued by Gazetted Medical officer. Some test to be done are: 1.Urine test 2.Stool test 3. X-ray of the chest 4. Blood Test 2. Your academic documents and all the certificate which you have mentioned in application form have to be verified again at the time of joining 3. ID Proof: You have to carry valid identity proof with yourself at the time of joining. 4. Banks also do police verification at place where you live for last 5 years. You have to mention the place where and in which city do you live in last 5 years, so that bank can have a police verification of your record.Police verification will be done 4 to 5 months afterwards How long it will take to get call from allotted bank? No chance of Cutoff of GENERAL going above 48.2 as technically the candidates who have 76 marks are called for interview,why would IBPS call in guys with 76 marks if they think that they have no chance of getting selected.Guus with marks as low as cutoff are called for interview so that if their interview goes well they will be selected.
And as per people saying that cutoff wont get low,you might not know that IBPS panel also fails aspirants in interview irrespective of how many marks one have got.
So those at 76 marks have a good chance of getting selected if they get 85+ in interview.
So,everyone who has been called in for interview after 2 stages of Exam has equal oppurtinity of getting selected.
Is there any guy or girl who had interview in vizag?or any idea about vizag panels? How many marks they usually give if interview is the worst of its kind?
Analyzing previous years Data ppl scoring 100+ are 3000 as this time cut off went low considering extreme case let 100+ marks scorers be 3000 so now assuming 1500 candidate will grab from obc will grab the seats of general considering 200 ppl from sc and st will take up seats from general . so now total seats left for general 1500 so now people with 95+ you have go fair edge even on scoring 10 or 11 in interview you can fairly get in . for scores of 90+ you need 12 or 13 and rest you can calculate further . This shows final cut off will linger around 48+/-1.8

If I get marks equal to cutoff, will I be in the final list or reserve list?
Guyzzz u all can see my scorecard of SBI PO 2015...Here I cleared written by merely 0.50 marks...I got 34 out of 50 in GD+Interview (i.e 68% or 68/100)...If this would have been 43/50(i.e 86% or 86/100) then I would have been selected...And the seats were 812 for General...So the gist of the story is that cut off will be that much only which a person merely above written cut off can get alloted...Thanks guyzzz for reading it...

Written cut off for sbi asso clerk was 135..final cut off-176...a difference of 41 marks..interview was of 35 marks..so a person score exact 135 marks could have never cracked the exam even if he had got 35 marks in interview....
Why do we call Assistant Manager or Management Trainee post as Probationary Officer in banks. Almost all govt jobs have mandatory probation period but they don't call it PO. Even clerks have probation period but they don't say probationary clerk lol In a way we are demeaning ourselves in my opinion.
