Where can I find previous 2-3 yrs IBPS SO marketing officer scale 1 question paper? What is level of IBPS SO as compared to IBPS PO??
DATE: 21-01-2016 VENUE: Hotel grand jbr, lucknow time: 8:30 qualification: b. tech I reached the venue at 8:25, everyone was sitting and arranging documents in the hall .I was in panel V.I got a call for document verification after half an hour since I was fourth in the list and immediately 5 students were called for interview, I was 2nd in the list since other two candidates were absent. I was called for interview.There were 5 members M1,M2,M3,M4,F1 I entered the room M3: which place do you belong Me: answered. M3:so we have mechanical engineer infront of us. me: I diverted them as I had not studied core subjects by saying that I am presently employed in a psu as clerk. Than the questions got started . M3: what is your job profile in your branch? me: Earlier when i got posted I used to do miscelleneous work but after that my head cashier got tranferred so at present I am the head cashier of the branch. M3: what is the profile of head cashier. me : answered. m3: what is crl of your branch ? me : 7 lac as it is rural one. m3: on an average kitne pe closing hoti hai? me: 10 to 12 lacks pe. m3: crl se jyada pe band hota hai iske kya consequences honge? me: sir meri branch me payment zyada hota hai is liye rakhna padta hai. m3: not satisfied, expected exact answer me : sir dont know m2: what are unclaimed deposits? me: answered. m2: you have also done nism certifications in depository and mutual fund tell me what is depository? me: answered m2: is certification ka kya use hai? me: answered. m2: what is venture fund? me: dont know. m2: what is balanced fund? me: answered. m2: what is bundulling ( something like that)? me : don't know. m2: what are mutual funds? me : answered. m2: ok you can leave now actually most of the questioning were done by m2 and m3, all others were the silent observers. my interview went for 5-6 minutes. i would say it went average.
150 worker engaged in a work ,and they completed the work in certain number of days. Four workers dropped on the second day ,four more workers dropped on the 3 Rd day and so on . Due to this it takes 8 more days to finish the job now ..find the number of days in which the work completed ?

a:sir even core companies are recruting for managment trainee so i realize that btech people can contribute in management field
q:why not tcs?
a:explained the instability and does not have career growth
added points that during recession 2008 IT fails but banks stood firm
q:they ask why banks didn't fail?
a:i said people have faith in govt banks (seems they are not satisfied)

a: i said then it must be strict regulations
then few questions about current affairs and family back ground
only 4-5 minute and no banking questions will i get a 50 marks?
