Some facts about interview panel.
1. The main person is the one sitting in the centre. He is GM or above of the venue where interview is taking place.
2. Till last year, he was the only one who knew your written marks. This year not sure if marks are disclosed.
3. One person sits only to see just your posture and body language(junior most) though he/she may ask questions too. He is usually sitting on the ends of the panel.
4. Giving definitive and to the point replies are always appreciated. Dont forget the question while answering.
5. Questions a panel asks you are on same pattern more or less so its smarter to gain an idea from those coming out of the room on what was asked.
6. Majority of the questions will be surprises. Yet if you prepare well several things confidence will show on your face.
