How to justify ECGC as first preference???
Kisi ke pass pagalguy ke interview capsule ka link hai kya?Plz provide
ECGC for credit guarantee for exporters. EXIM for financing exports and imports. Both are clearly seemed different than other banks and that's why I preferred them first (also pay looked great). Is this answer okay, as it is honest?
Also are there other FIl like these, or these play monopoly in insurance of exports and financing of ex&im respectively?

My neighbour who got PO in PNB through PO/MT 3. Recently he said that he is going to be promoted as branch manger next year. He did MBA after B.Tech ECE and had about two years of experience in Marketing, and that's why he is getting promotion faster he said.
Now my que is, how long these things will help, right up to CMD? How long would it take for a B.tech guy without any exp, to get promoted?
