Is the OBC certificate issued by Eseva enough for the interview process? Or should I produce the certificate which is available on the website? someone pls help

An extremely sad incident occurred to a lady staff of a psb in either Bihar or Goa its not confirmed. A customer slapped and dragged her by the hair for quite a distance over a seemingly minor issue. He was standing inside the counter area beside her chair and was simply asked to go over to the other side. FIR has been lodged. I have the video. Please suggest how to upload it here.
Friends, The date on my OBC certificate is 21-12-2013. Do i have to make a new OBC certificate then?? If not, How the non-creamy layer clause is to be justified? As it is clearly being stated the certificate should not be older than an year. Please guide me.

Friends I got OBC certificate from taluk office in my town. In the certificate at the top it is mentioned as BC certifcate for admission in Government Higher Educational Institutions. It is not mentioned as for government jobs. Is it OK?

- this time UPSC papers were too tough "ab kya hogaa"
