kuchh log keh rahe obc certificate ki ibps ki format leke jana hai...ibps ki notification me kahi bhi ye nehi likha hai ki certificate ussi format pe hona chahiye...in the notification it is mentioned that
In case of candidates belonging to OBC category, certificate should specifically contain a clause that the candidate does not belong to creamy layer section excluded from the benefits of reservation for Other Backward Classes in Civil post & services under Government of India. OBC caste certificate containing the Non-creamy layer clause should be valid as on the date of interview if called for (issued within one year prior to the date of interview if called for).Caste Name mentioned in certificate should tally letter by letter with Central Government list / notification.
i hv a obc certificate issued from tahasildar dated on 12/12/2015 ..it is mentioned in the certificate that it is applicable for post under GOI..is it valid..?
people are saying to make another one issued by central govt. now the question is central govt. ka certificate kaun issue karta ha....kuch kah rahe hai ki district magistrate ki office me milega...
one of my uncle who is a lawer working in idbi told ki state govt. ki certificate chalega & district magistrate caste certificate issue nehi karte hai...sirf tahsildar issue karta hai..who is a state govt. employee ..
