Is it true that wearing salwar suit in ibps po interview gives good impression??many are saying since its nt a software interview one should go in traditional.i have ordered a cotton suit of black colour kurta with plain design and orange chudidar with synthetic dupatta.is it ok??please tell guys as i hav never wore suit in any interview.

Guys, help me out with a good book for Quant. (I dont have any book currently.)
Syndicate Manipal is recruiting 600 people & Andhra Bank 200 people for the session 2016-17. That means, less vacancies in IBPS PO VI from Syndicate Bank & Andhra Bank . Other banks having manipal program are BOB, ICICI, AXIS, Federal,etc.
If same trend continues , after 2-3 years, most of the banks would follow Manipal route and there would be very less seats in IBPS or IBPS would vanish.

#Caste Certificate doubts. Plz help me if anybody has any idea
1. I read down here that we need central govt. issued caste certificate. Do SC/ST candidates also need that? I have only state govt. issued cert. But I heard that it is different from OBC, and there is no seperate central certificate, only state level are issued as the castes are same all over the country.
2. My SC Cert is older than 1 year. Do SC/ST also need within 1 year validity for caste cert like OBC. Or should I apply for a new one, but it takes a lot of time?
3. Finally mine is a digitally signed certificate. Will it pose any problem.
