Hi All....
After a bit of analysis I have reached at a conclusion that this year final cutoff won't be more than 48....why???
point no.1->this year mains cutoff is 76 and last year it was 84 so effectively 3.2(8*0.4) marks lesser(last year 49.6 was cutoff so this year 49.6-3=46.6(now u might have a doubt that I dint consider the number of vacancies for 2015,to clarify this read point no 2 )).
point no 2.-->If you go through the last year's final mark list then surprisingly you will find that deviation of marks having rank from 3574 to 7365 was just 2 marks i.e 3574 rank holder had 51.6 marks and 7365 had 49.6 marks. So Even if the UR vacancies this year are 4000 less it wont affect the cutoff much(only 2 marks).So u can add 2 marks to 46.6 which makes it 48.6
point no. 3-->Since the individual cutoff was higher this year as compare to last year so many candidates who scored high in overall paper but just missed by some fraction in an individual subject are out of the race now....so it will reduce the overall cutoff by at least .5...so finally it will be around 48.6-0.5=roughly 48
.........crux of the analysis.........
STOP THINKING ABOUT CUTOFFS AND START PREPARING,EVEN IF UR SCORE IS JUST 76 U ARE STILL IN THE RACE THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THAT U DONT HAVE HEAD START BUT THIS COULD BE OVERCOME IN INTERVIEWS...SO ROLL UP UR SLEEVES GUYS.....:)
as i was reading somewhere that joining of rrb po come in mid of feb. but result of ibps po come in april. so what a person do if he/she would have cleared rrb po but waiting for ibps result as rrb also sign a bond of 2 lac for min. 2 years of service. is there any way so that signing of bond and joining of rrbs can be postponed till ibps po 5 result...

Advertisment of IBPS PO V says that FOR SECTIONAL CUTOFF MEAN - 3/4 STANDARD DEVIATION FOR SC/ST/OBC/PWD but at the time of result of main They taken out OBC from this group and declared separate sectional cutoff Can we file compaint?? How???
