बंगाल के छोटे से गावं में एक बच्चा Titu रहता था... उसके स्कूल के बच्चे उसको हमेशा "उल्लू"बोलकर चिढाते थे और उसकी टीचर उस की बेवकूफियों से हमेशा बहुत परेशान रहती थी.. एक दिन उसके पिता उसका रिजल्ट जानने उसके स्कूल गये और टीचर से Titu के बारे में पूछा.. टीचर ने कहा कि "अपने जीवन के पचीस साल के कार्यकाल में उसने पहली बार ऐसा बेवकूफ लड़का देखा है, ये जीवन में कुछ न कर पायेगा" यह सुनकर Titu के पिता बहुत आहात हो गये और उसने शर्म के मारे वो गाँव छोड़कर एक शहर में चले गये Titu को लेकर.. बीस साल बाद जब उस टीचर को दिल की बिमारी हुई तो सबने उसे शहर के एक डॉक्टर का नाम सुझाया जो ओपन हार्ट सर्जरी करने में माहिर था.. टीचर ने जा कर सर्जरी करवाई और ऑपरेशन कामयाब रहा.. जब वो बेहोशी से वापस आई और आँख खोली तो टीचर ने एक सुदर और सुडौल नौजवान डॉक्टर को अपने बेड के बगल खड़े हो कर मुस्कुराते हुवे देखा.. वो टीचर डॉक्टर को शुक्रिया बोलने ही वाली थी अचानक उसका चेहरा नीला पड़ गया और जब तक डॉक्टर कुछ समझें.. वो टीचर मर गयी.. डॉक्टर अचम्भे से देख रहे थे और समझने की कोशिश कर रहे थे की आखिर हुवा क्या है.. तभी वो पीछे मुड़े और देखा कि Titu , जो की उसी अस्पताल में एक सफाई कर्मचारी था, उसने वेंटीलेटर का प्लग हटा के अपना मोबाइल का चार्जर लगा दिया था.. अब अगर आप लोग ये सोच रहे थे कि Titu डॉक्टर बन गया था.. तो इसका मतलब ये है की आप हिंदी/ तमिल/तेलुगु फ़िल्में बहुत ज्यादा देखते हैं.. या फिर बहुत ज्यादा प्रेरणादायक कहानियां पढ़ते हैं.. Titu उल्लू था और उल्लू ही रहेगा .. :p :p :D :D

IN SBI PO 2015 interview i made lot of mistakes   1. sat on chair without asking or them saying  2. guessed answers which i dont know  3. never said i dont know to anyone 4. counldnt answer a single cross questions  but still they gave me 58 marks...that was my first interview ..ibps po was exactly the opposite ...but still feeling tensed...i think a good acedemics and somewhat good communicational skills is always a plus point ..

While i was going thru last years thread of PO.. there were posts on 1st apr..like:

"i got xyz bank..scored so much in written and so much in interview".

"XYZ bank guys, lets make a separate group"

"Just missed by 0.4, interview screwed me up"

"Anyone else from so n so, got this bank" 

"Shit, got into reserved list, when do i get to know final result"

"my browser is not opening please help me with my result. my reg: xxxx dob:xxxx"

"Yippe,, got my first preference ! "

"Confused ! got PO in canara, clerk in BOI which one shud i join puys"

slowly these posts started fading away... then saw some posts like:

"Feeling sad that this united thread is getting divided into 22 groups, 1 for the reserved list, rest for 21 diff bank groups"

"People are disappearing into respective groups,priorities are changing for all, have already started missing u guys, had such a memorable time here " 

So puys, this is what is in stored for us to come soon.

Guys what can b the minimum score against cut off one should ge to feel safe, with minimum interview marks of 7 ( R ) and 8 ( UR ) ----for all categories..

For gen and obc 76 + x                             sc 50 + x                st 47.5 + x 

X = minum marks to feel safe....
