Is there any increment in PO's salary .. after completion of 2 yr's of probation OR they get the same salary ?
If increment is there ..suppose po salary in hand is 33k .. then after increment how much he/she will get in hand?

What would be the essence of taking PO exam if IDBI becomes private...isse acha to fir ICICI ya HDFC hi h...I am afraid that I will surely get IDBI with my good marks as It's 4th in my preference.. As I am unlikely to get Exim Ecgc and bhartiya mahila bank..

guys i got 89.25 OBC what is my chance? Interview was average.
Vacancies nvah had any impact on cutoffs
2013-21k vacancies- 61 as GEN cutoff and a person geting 24 above cutoff i.e., 85 with js pass in interview got as PO
2014-16k vacancies-82 as GEN cutoff and person getting 22 above cutoff i.e, 104 with * in interview got PO
even a 4k decrese in vacnccies dint impact the final cutoff by anymeans.. den y shud it hamper nw? may b its a 3 tier nw.. but the overall cutoff has decresed..so it shud be around 47-48 wont go above 49.. thnk befre u say smthng.. this applies to all category ppl..u can calculate.. happy to b provd wrng 😃
