Interview questions were like:
Started with my work experience details from resume:
What were your duties in your 1st company?
What was your best achievement?
What do you think is best thing about you?
What do you expect from an MBA?
What do you plan after MBA?
etc... mostly general questions about your intentions for and after mba and what can you contribute to the class are the things they mostly ask through different questions.

Your profile is very good, I don't know if Hult accepts a 3 year bachelor's degree but I think with 700+ on GMAT it should accept you and also with 700+ GMAT you do stand a good chance of getting a big scholarship!
Personally I'd advise you to choose either Boston or San Francisco Campus for MBA because US is better country for education and in all other general factors, which is above all other school specific factors. Also remember to apply as soon as possible because they have to maintain diversity, once the class has filled up with quota for Indians it'll be difficult for any Indian student with any profile to secure admission in a specific campus and that applies to all schools, in particular Hult had students from 80 countries last year as per what Hult's director told me so you can imagine number of students from each country will be limited in each class.
FYI: Hult has improved it's FT Rank from 97 to 94 and the director from school told me that they expect much bigger rise in the FT Rank next rankings.
Two more guys I know who are confirmed for Hult San Francisco, one has 610 on GMAT and 9 years of work exp. in IT currently Group Leader in a comp. in Bangluru and other is working as Chemical Engineer for country's best Chemical company with BE from one of the top univ. in country with 70%

I have 540 on GMAT and 7.5 on IELTS. I believe in my case my unique work ex. and wonderful face-to-face interview with school's director of Marketing and Recruitment at Mumbai World Tour MBA and great SOP played major role in admission.

Hi libbrichus, for your information I've talked to the director of marketing and recruitment at Hult, and she said that with 710 on GMAT they may accept you with 3 year's bachelor's degree but your work experience is important for them, she requested me to provide your email ID, so she can contact you for details of your work experience or simply you can email your resume directly to [email protected] with details of your GMAT Score, work ex. and academic background.

for the application, everything has to be uploaded online right?
i mean there is a separate option saying post to the graduate school..i dont have to do that right? i mean just scan and upload??
and moreover is there another round of interview? i am applying for MIB

Hi yes, you need only online application, if you're admitted then you have to send them official transcripts and gmat and toefl etc.

Hi Yes, I actually researched this school for almost a year, I had talked to few alumni and few existing students too. I got positive feedback from almost all sources. One more of my close friend is admitted but he has 680 on GMAT and 3 yrs experience in IT

Yeah, I did talked to alumni from Boston Campus, one guy from 2006 Batch (that is when Hult was neither ranked in FT nor it had campuses in dubai and sfo and also it wasn't known across the globe as it is now) gave me following info.:

indians looking for jobs in USA=9
Arun: placed as senior consultant with Keane Consulting at $85000(left another offer of 100+)
Sandip: placed as IT director at $120000.(is negotiating another offer of 160 as world wide IT head of some company)
Saurabh: placed as planning manager with panasonic with a pkg of $75000.
Bonny: placed with a consulting company with $80000+
Pankaj: has an offer to teach finance and other subjects at Babson College and Hult.
Anand: narrowly missed Morgan Stanley, is currently being interviewed in NYC.
Nathan: placed at $55000 in a position in India.
Vinod: negotiating some offers with IT companies.
Me: narrowly missed Capital One. have an offer from Jp Morgan.

He said placement is not an issue but we need to work hard at it, nothing is freely dished! but he said there's no issues in placements especially for thoes with IT Background Placement is not an issue at all.
