I am working as a Project Manager in a Tier 1 IT company, having 10 years of experience. I am looking into a project for US customer, leading a team of 20 developers. Frankly speaking I am not enjoying this techno-funcational role anymore and would love to switch to marketing. Even if I do an executive-MBA (full time MBA might not be possible for me anymore) in marketing, I doubt whether I can get a Mid-senior level role in marketing as my entire experience is in technology, not in marketing. Any suggestion? Is there any realistic chance to do a role switch from technology to marketing at this juncture of my career?
