Overall : around 50,000-60,000 excluding some other components like higher rents, higher tranpostation medium for office just to save Time.

yes i am agree with u that not spend our parents money.but it is difficult to prepare for mba after business time so after graduation do job and gradually start preparation this is only the way to spend money for filling forms............these colleges do not understand our problem(middle class people.)

I am thinking abt this as more in terms of a long term investment. I hope to be able to convert atleast 3 calls in cluster 3 (Top 25) institute. If that happens, all that investment would be realized in 3 years of landing a job and think of the boost that it would have on the career (I am thinking of atleast 4-5 years). I have already worked with IBM for 5 years as AM-Ops and used to earn around 35-37 grand pm so in that case I beleive that this would be a substantial investment since I invested around a year before I took exams..
I beleive in the end it all boils down to personal preferences. The need to constantly upgrade ourselves is more now than ever before and only a professional course can fill that gap (MBA, M-Tech etc) so its not just about expenses, its about the quality of life that you forsee after you have done all that hard work...
