Check attached Pdf. This pdf contains all the management college names in Maharashtra which are being affiliated with AICTE. If College name is not in this list, then it is affiliated with AICTE. If a clg/university is not affiliated under AICTE, then certificate from the same doesn't have any value within india. @forwatisright
