I am from Kerala. I am a software Engineer who wants to change the job position to HR management. I did my B.Tech in computer science. I have 2 years of experience in I.T. field. Now I think it is a good time to pursue my higher studies.
I have some doubts regarding the MBA field.
1. What is the difference between "MBA with HR elective" and "MHRM"
2. Is my experience in I.T. field is going to help me anywhere?(like in getting seats for admission or in campus placements)
3.I found Rajagiri school of management is having good reviews. Any past information about their placement records in HR?
