I don't think they'll accept 15years of education.
Application is available now. It mentions B.E, B.Tech, B.Arch, and others with 4years of study after high school.
Although, CAs are accepted as far as i know. Mail adcom for more info on that.

You are ineligible to be admitted with only a 3-year bachelor's degree; therefore, you would need to complete a master's degree (2 years after your bachelor's degree) or other acceptable degree in order to apply.
I suggest you write to HAAS citing your credentials.

Yes, TOEFL is required. No wavier for indian students.

R1 applicants - did any of you recieve i/v calls or any update in status? I have applied in R1 and my status states "Complete and being reviewed". Been almost a month now.
I've applied in R1. Since last week, status is 'Application under Review'. Earlier it was 'Application Received'. I don't think they have started issuing interview calls yet.

Thanks 2010dreamer. I just noticed today that they have updated the status page with request for additional material. They have asked me to be ready with the official attested transcripts and degree certificate in case i get selected for interview. Status remains same though. Do let us know in case you get any status updates.
Yes, I sent the supplement material soon after the online application deadline.
I went through the recent two admission chat transcripts. They say it can take 5-6weeks before they start issuing interview invites on rolling basis, and the invites can be expected until R1 decision date (Jan 27). So, that's over 2 months of wait! 😃
Ok, Haas has started issuing interview calls. Anyone here got call?
