any body got some insider info about Oxford (said) regarding placements, possibility for career switch (apart from that which is there on the univ website )..

I mean to say info which you might have got from some alumni ..
whether its a Fin/Consulting school ...

Does Anyone know, what where the Essay Questions (Part of Application Package) last year at the ISB???? If you do please post it on this forum ....

Also, please let me know if the same questions will be there for this years's intake as well....

The questions were
1.Evaluate your application and provide a critical assessment of it. Outline factors that might differentiate you from others from a similar background. (500 words)
2. Assess your career Progression till date and elaborate on your career plans post ISB(300 words).
3.It is said that successful leaders learn as much from their failures as they do from their successes. Discuss a situation in which you failed and what you learnt (300 words).
4.ISB places a lot of emphasis on teamwork. Tell us about your experiences in working as a part of a team. Your essay should talk about the difficulties that you faced and how you overcame them. (300 words)
5.How do you define leadership ? Take the example of a leader you admire (living or deceased), and indicate the traits you like. (300 words)
From what I gather it might change a little but not much.

I think that they essay ques reman on the same lines even if they tend to vary a little in language.U have to see ur writing style specially if u applied last time.U have to show ur career growth in an impressive fashion.Make no mistake abt that fact.
