Hi, My GMAT appointment on last Saturday Aug 7th got canceled due to some technical glitch . Whole planning stuff for last few months went in vain . Further , the customer service of GMAC says they require further two days to investigate the technical error and get back to me. Only after their investigation , the GMAC Coordinators will get back me. I find this pretty ridiculous . First the exam was not canceled because of my fault and second , why I need to wait for two days for their investigation to get over, before rescheduling the appointment . Anyway , if anyone has faced a similar issue do share the experience . How many business days was taken to reschedule the appointment. Regards, Dhiraj
