I got 770 in gmat, and i would like some advice regarding what i should do now.I have no idea about the admissions and whether universities ask for work experience.I want to try for the top 20 universities, but have no work ex.Here is my profile :

In the 3rd year i launched my own website : yourunsolvedproblems.com . The site has now expired after an year.It was used for commercial purposes but i could not earn much.
I am also submitting a website as a final year project.
I have been placed in Tata Consultancy Services.
EXTRA-CURRICULAR
I was awarded a certificate,with Grade A, for Business English Certificate Vantage(BEC-Vantage).
I was a member of Computer Science's table tennis as well as cricket team (although i have certificate only for cricket).
I regularly participated in college events, and also organized some events.
HOBBIES
I write short stories and poems and publish them on various websites.
I also write movie scripts and direct short films based on them.
I am ready to work for two years before trying for a university, but am more than willing to do an mba now.People say universities ask for fresh score later on ,and some also say your chances of getting into a university diminish if u r applying after being rejected the previous year.So i am totally confused.!!!
Dude, you have a great GMAT score (congrats !) and it is valid for 5 years for most of the Universities. So relax and get work ex of 3 years to be competitive for good universities. If you continue in IT and TCS, start thinking on differentiating yourself at work or ourside work (EC). If you know what you want to do after MBA, start aligning yourself to that goal, i.e, start accumulating exposure and experience on that. Good luck !
