Hi, is there anyone here to take up GMAT before the pattern changes in JUNE? Also can anyone advise on the prep materials. I have heard that OG is good but actual GMAT is way tougher. Anyone who has taken up GMAT please suggest. I have got hold of following books docs
1000 SC's and RC's
OG-11
Princeton Review
Kaplan Gmat 800
Power prep
These are old editions, so can you tell whether the new editions are repackaged to look new. Are there any good tests available online to practice?.

Same here...trying to attempt the GMAT within the ext 3-4 months. Though not because of the format change. Anyways, the format change is negligible to plan the test on the basis of that. Will have an XP of 4.5 years in the R&D; domain by the time I complete the test. Aiming for the maximum score possible!!

You can give GMAT in London as well. GMAT is an exam not just for Indians! It will not impact your profile in any sense. On the contrary, you have an advantage. Many Indian B-Schools like XLRI accept GMAT scores for Indians who are not present in India at the time of the exam.
