TECHNICAL INTERVIEWS :
a) Work Ex :
1. Your Role at the work place. What exactly you do?
2. Your relation with Boss.
3. How do you add value to the company?
4. How do you add value to yourself?
5. Few technical questions related to work ex. Like terminology, the process, quality, coding, business applications, how, why, etc whatever is applicable.
6. About the company, it's recent news if any.
7. Why not continue with job?
8. Your pay package?
b) ACADS for Work Ex:
1. Basic knowledge of all the important subjects. No need of mugging up the formulae.
2. PROJECT
3. You should know the subjects you had in each semester or year.
c) FRESHERS :
1. Why MBA? Why not Job?
2. Get some work ex and then come next year.
3. Browse all the major subject of your graduation.
4. Project
5. How will you apply the knowledge gained in grads?

Can you tell me about the guys who have attended their GD/PI through XAT and are also eligible for GD/PI through CMAT.......You have already told that they will not be called again for GD/PI but what about their result.... will their result come along with the CMAT guys after GD/PI through CMAT or it has already come and those who were not their in the first merit list are in the Waitlist or Rejected.

1. I would suggest you all not to think so much. The queries will never end.
2. You have got a call. Now work hard on converting it.
3. As i have told so many times, there is no fixed number. Everything will be based on merit.
4. We can't be sure of exact number right now. It will be clear after 16th April.
5. Suppose for example, 70 people opt out from 1st list. And 20 people are selected, then these 20 get into the list first. The remaining y number of waitlist through cmat is combined with the xat waitlist. And the top 50 get in. And this way movement will keep on happening.
P.S : Start preparing for GD/PI now.

1. Their Result is already out.
2. For 50% weightage of Written Score, best of the 2 scores have been considered.

Sending mails for what?
1. They have already sent mails to the gd/pi call getters through CMAT.
2. Those who have been waitlisted through XAT will be sent mail at a later date.
Do telecom sector based companies visit gim.
i hv seen few names in recuriters list.
can u plz share the kind of profiles offered n name of companies which visited this yr, if any.
