Probably u never know... CMATKing has predicted after analysis cut offs to be ard 188 for GIM ...

Since GIM final seats through XAT are declared so can you find out and tell...that how many seats are allotted through XAT...so that we can get the number of seats available through CMAT.........

Number of seats are not fixed for CMAT of for that matter for XAT applicants as well. Total seats are 240. Note the following points :
1. CMAT GD/PI Shortlist is expected by end of this week.
2. Don't worry about the numbers.
3. If you are selected through CMAT, you will get the seat for sure.
4. There will be waitlists for XAT coming up.
5. 1st waitlist movement will happen after 15th April.
6. And CMAT Results are expected by that time. So those who are selected through CMAT goes straight into the final list before the 1st waitlisted people.

First of all those who had converted .Welcome to GIM 😃 .
Those who haven't got the mail, please wait for a day or two you will be getting the mails . And also waitlist nos. will be told but in a week's time .
As you all know ,your seniors are having exams and can't respond you .So, sincerely request you to have patience .Once their exams get over they all will be ready .
Please understand this, unlike engg/grad exams , MBA exams are not a cake walk .You have 3 exams a day .Grades do matter and there is lot of pressure to handle .So request you to be patient .And please keep the queries for loans, dress codes ,fees payment etc on hold for sometime . At this time our priority is to make people aware whether they have converted the calls or not .So request you people (who have converted ) to refrain from asking questions related on FB or PG .And those who haven't got the mails please wait.

If suppose someone clears the waiting list and is not able to pay the amount in the stipulated period for some reason. Then suppose he gives the fees on a later date when wait list movement is still expected, then will HIS candidature still be considered by that institute

1. Very tough to speculate.
2. Even i used to check up gim's thread so many times last year.
3. If you don't pay in the stipulated period, your candidature is cancelled. So if you get selected, don't do that mistake.
4. Get back for any further query.

As avinash mentioned that the list will be put up n 3-4 days ,in case it gets delayed cos of some reasons ,you can come to know about major things within 2-3 days.During convocation of our batch ,there will be director's speech which will talk about placements and the hard copy of the same will be put up on website.So,wait 😃

Hope avinash sir breaks the ice on CMAT tomorrow....I have already been inspired by life at Manipal now dying to feel the value of Next Marking Management Education at GIM....Hope we meet at GIM Bro. and donot get hanged like bhagat singh today in GIM's CMAT Movement
