First of all those who had converted .Welcome to GIM 😃 .
Those who haven't got the mail, please wait for a day or two you will be getting the mails . And also waitlist nos. will be told but in a week's time .
As you all know ,your seniors are having exams and can't respond you .So, sincerely request you to have patience .Once their exams get over they all will be ready .
Please understand this, unlike engg/grad exams , MBA exams are not a cake walk .You have 3 exams a day .Grades do matter and there is lot of pressure to handle .So request you to be patient .And please keep the queries for loans, dress codes ,fees payment etc on hold for sometime . At this time our priority is to make people aware whether they have converted the calls or not .So request you people (who have converted ) to refrain from asking questions related on FB or PG .And those who haven't got the mails please wait.

Also, if possible, plz try to get the info whether all calls have been given or some more mails will be sent in the coming days.

We have no idea about the number of NRI applicants for GIM, but there will be few seats for NRI this time.

I have a question for which I suspect there wouldn't be a positive answer.
I have scored just enough in CMAT to earn a call for GIM.
But unfortunately I didn't apply GIM before the CMAT results.
Came to know that application process closed on 7th Jan only. ( I wasn't here in India and hadn't yet applied for CMAT).
Is there any means or possibility through which I may be considered for this call?

Now there is no way one can be considered for call if he/she has not applied.

1. We have our exams going on.
2. It's very tough updating each and every thing as of now.
3. The shortlist is expected by end of this week.
4. So request you to be patient and wait for the shortlist to come.

For how many seats is XAT List for??
1. As i have been telling you time and again, there is no fixed number of seats for XAT or CMAT.
2. 240 calls have been given as of now. But that doesn't mean, there will be no candidate from CMAT.
3. There will be waitlists coming up.
4. 1st waitlist movement will happen after 15th April.
5. And CMAT Results are expected by that time. So those who are selected through CMAT goes straight into the final list before the 1st waitlisted people.
I did not apply to GIM as i came to know very late that it is accepting CMAT scores very late..then also will I be gettin a mail for selection rounds through CMAT??CMAT score 204 n rank 3010..

unfortunately being out of India for quite some time CMAT was the only exam I could take and moreover I couldn't fill the forms for any colleges. I took CMAT in hope that after its results were declared, colleges might give a call based on test performance but looks like I had a complete mis-perception.
Could you or any other guys reading this could suggest if even now I may have a shot at decent college?
My CMAT score - 194, AIR - 4026.
