1. GD/PI Process for XAT Applicants are already finished.
2. GD/PI Process for CMAT Applicants are expected to be held in 1st week of April.
3. The shortlist for the same is expected by next week.
4. The Final Results for XAT Applicants are expected by end of next week.
FINANCE : Back end / Middle end IB , Risk Management , Finance Functional consultants from IT/Fin companies , Equity research , etc..
MARKETING : Customer Relationship Management , Marketing Research , Sales , Brand Management , etc..

Once the Final result shortlist is out, we can share few things about placements so that you can compare it with other converted calls and then decide. Forgot to add -: In most of B-schools , the placements have not been upto the expectations as economic scenario has not been good .
@prjain - in terms of both .But no need to panic or worry ,the story is same everywhere.So, chill as of now ,wait for the converted calls and then compare with what you have in your hands. 😃

Thanks. Heard about bad placements across many good b schools including IIM's. But it is better if we know the exact details before paying up the fee for college. So would request to put up the report before that unlike other colleges where they are nt doing that. like symbi colleges, tapmi. i hope gim will nt do that. tell us all details when result comes...

1. is GIM now fully operational out of new campus or still there is some batches going on in the old campus ?
2. if the old campus is still operational would there be a difference in faculty and education level ?
3. Was there difference in placements between old and new campus?

1. GIM is now completely operating at the New Sanquelim Campus since last 1 year.
2. The Pioneer Batch of Green Sanquelim Campus passed out few days back and the convocation of the batch is scheduled on 24th March 2012.
3. The faculty and education level remains same as they have also shifted from Ribandar to Sanquelim campus.
4. No difference in the placements.
5. The only change is the intake. At old campus, the intake used to be 120. And since that campus was too small to accomodate 240 people, so GIM had to build a brand new campus for increasing the intake to 240.
6. The recently passed out batch (2010-2012) is the first batch with an intake of 240.

1. It is decided by the management and is not disclosed to us before the result comes.
2. The number is not fixed and varies every year depending upon the number of candidates with multiple calls.

The GD/PI Centre for every CMAT Applicants will be GIM Campus at Goa.
PG has predicted the cut offs for GIM :
Score : 188
RANK : 4713
For XAT, the PG Cut off was almost right.
Can't say for CMAT though. Let's see.

hope pg's prediction is true...but gim and imt nagpur at same cut off ..seems difficult..fingers crossed 😐
