In BSNL JTO list Category is OC, and PWD has not been mentioned(whereas it is mentioned for other PWD Category Students)

mene iit kharagpur admission 31 may ko withdraw kiya tha but abi tak refund nhi mila, jab logon karta hu to 2 month se yhi dikha rha h k refund within 1 month hoga, anybody else facing similar situation??
