I have got low gate score (389,   Marks: 28) .

Colleges that I  am considering for M.Tech  based on my category (SC) & gate score are ::

GGSIPU - USICT

NIT- Delhi

I am confused about these colleges.  Which one should I choose considering placement , scope and reputation ?

Suggest me other colleges (NITs that I could get in NSR ) .
