@experience123 you can stay on campus in one of the hostel rooms, or outside if you have options or wish to spend more 😃 hostel rooms were charged at 100/- per night until a year back, now also most likely its same rate. Its convenient to stay on campus because the traffic is really bad on Bangalore roads 😐 plus campus is beautiful :)
dont about documnets, i carried a print copy of my resume and sop, marksheets, plain paper etc - the usual things that goes in a folder.
RAT results are announced the same evening, mostly by 7/8 pm. Area test results might take time till next day morning.
@RD11 thanks..i will check with IIMB again for accommodation part. as per googling RAT is less than 2 hours test and my assumption was that it will be finished by first half of day. So results can be declared may be by 3-4 noon and then i can come back to my home 😃
finally reject mails from IIMA for CISG and marketing both as expected. didn't do well in interview.
yes RAT is for 2 hr or less, will be over by 12 pm I guess. I remember checking someone else's RAT result last to last year and it came around 7pm, cant say about this year though.
@Adymos Hi !! I am new to this community. I applied for FPM OB @ ISB. Still waiting to hear from them. On calls I found out that the final outcome will be out by April 2nd and that interview is not always mandatory. Do you have any updates from ISB?

This is to confirm whether all the mails have been sent. I read some people have acceptance mails and some have rejections. I got none.. Kindly clarify my situation.. Is it likely that I will receive a mail or something indicating acceptance?? Or is a no-mail situation indicative of rejection?

Finally, as i was expecting ... got a rejection mail from IIM A for CISG ... now will be going to IIM I for IS interview on 27 April and in the mean time hoping to hear something positive from ISB for the same area ...

Does ISB offer FPM in IS?
@haygaurav Don't get frustrated ... the selection committee might have their own criteria and preferences in choosing the right candidate as per their thinking ... i think, we all those who have been called for the interview have the caliber... there were freshers, experienced, techies, academicians, etc.... but it might be that we all didn't fit into the frame of what they are looking for ...
@MHV yes i think that ISB do have fpm in IS as they do have faculty for IS and on their student profiles page there is one ex-army officer doing fpm in information sciences ... so i suppose they do have fpm in IS ...
@haygaurav I have been in situations which were not very different from yours. I can understand your frustration.
But from my and other's experience, I have come to know that whatever happens, often happens for something good. We may not realize what that 'good' could be, and when would it materialize. But it happens !
I could not convert one of the interviews in one year, and got selected for IIMA 2 years later. I never knew that that rejection could open up doors for something which I hadn't thought of.
So, don't be disheartened. Stay confident. Give your best shot at other IIMs. Leave rest to God.
