hi all, I just want to know the exp. of those friends who shifted from IT to banking industry. I am also planning to move , but in confusion what to do or not, whether my decision is right or wrong. But one thing is that I cant imagine my life's 30 years to spent in IT. Plz suggest those who also made or trying to shift into banking career by clearing IBPS Bank PO.
