2nd Ramos is average in defending but he is very good in attacking which makes up for it.. its Marcelo who lacks defending n positioning awareness at times which can be costly at times.
3rd Pato if and if ever leaves AC Milan he is chelsea bound considering his closeness to Carlo Ancelotti(he has a soft corner for him too..)

One name that always comes to the fore whenever we are talking about youth teams is Bayern Munich.
They are perhaps the best when it comes to young, club grown players. Since 70's They have produced legends and these legends have gone on to win everything for club and more so for country.
As for now, one name that comes to my mind is of course Thomas Mueller somewhat a legend already in Germany. Also MF Toni Kroos and Badstuber the young defender have great futures.
