They are still strong in defence. Breaking them thrice is very difficult though faint hopes remain. Ribery is out only to be replaced by Sneigder. So don't think there's significant loss in quality there.

It is not only about BM's player being injured. Understand the magnitude of the task. Bayern have scored 3 away goals. That is huge. We have to score 3 and be solid in the back. I do not know how can we score 3 goals against a team who are defensively the best this season across Europe. There are more chances of Giroud making those "just missed it" expression 30 times than we actually scoring 3 goals. And in the back we have a GK who one day looks like a world beater and on another day Almunia Mark II. God knows which Sczesney will play on wednesday night.
