@chelseaboychelseaboy Unofrtunately people like you judge Wenger only by the last 8 trophyless years, but overlook what he has given to the club.
1) Completely overhauled the youth system at the club (non-existent at Chelsea, who just splurge the cash.)
2) When he arrived he completely changed the style of English football. His efforts to make the game more beautiful, have been raved about by BBC and the FA.
3) Gave the world of football the likes of Henry, Vieira, Ljungberg, Pires, Ashley Hole, Fabregas, van Cunty, Na$ri, Greedybayor to name a few. Now bringing a new crop of Wilshere, Gibbs, Jenkinson, Szczesny, Chamberlain, Walcott, Ramsey etc through.
4) Built 3 title winning teams, and won 4 FA Cups. A UEFA Cup Final, Champions League final, 2 League Cup Finals, 2 Champions League Semi's. (Unfortunately all lost)
5) Kept the side competetive despite the financial implications of a 560 million pound stadium move.
6) Went an entire season FUCKING UNBEATEN. Let's see Chelsea achieve that...oh well, it's a feat that will never be repeated in English football. Not even effing ManU can emulate it.
7) Rejected big money advances of Real Madrid numerous times.
These are just few of the numerous plaudits that Wenger deserves.
Name one Chelsea manager who has done so much for a single club, and remained fiercely loyal. ATB!
@supreetkini Yes that was what i meant u all continue with wenger itna bhadak kyu rahe ho!!!
n We might not Have a manager who Has stayed Long term, But We do have Players Who stay Long term ( Sad That no one wants to stay at arsenal any more 😛 )

The problem is you guys are so much busy with your history that you don't even care whether you win new trophy or not. Nobody here said that Wenger is not a good manager, Name anyone who said that. What everyone saying is he failed to lead Arsenal in right direction in past few years and haven't won any trophy and for a club like Arsenal, if you haven't won any trophy from last 8 years then ITS A DAMN BIG DEAL. But you guys are too arrogant to accept this fact. I mean its good to support your manager and team in hard times but you can't deny the fact buddy.
And about Chelsea managers, well Roman has the money and he likes to win, so nothing wrong in that. Ya he should give some more time to managers but in the end its his decision and we can't change it no matter whatever we do/say. So we don't have any such manager, now what??
David Villa might join Arsenal as per sources.....will be a gr8 boost to Gunners if he joins
Yeah he will be a great addition. There were reports that he would join in january transfer but the deal could not get through. Would love some younger players like Falcao in summer. I know he would come at a higher price but there is lot of money available.
@TONYMBA I dont think David Villa might be interested in Gunners if they didn't qualify for Champs league this year. They should go for Dimitar Berbatov instead who i feel will be a reincarcination of Dennis Bergkamp at the Emirates :)
@abhibeloved@chelseaboy Who says we don't accept the current fact? I will be the first to agree that the club is going through a turbulent phase on the pitch as well as well as off it.
Over the last 8 years, Arsenal fans have seen everything. From horrible injuries, to disloyalty to fuckall refereeing decisions in important games, to pathetic luck. And it is these experiences that the club will build on in the future. We have learnt the hard way, and continue to do so.
You speak about Roman changing managers when he wants. Just tell me who you see as the next Chelsea manager. Would anyone realistically want to even come there knowing they would be given the sack anytime, even if they have won the Champions League? Hope you have read that awesome article in the Telegraph, where Tim Still illustrated how Chelsea have themselves ran out of managers for next season. Even Pep is gone to Bayern.
With financial fairplay rules coming to effect from next season, Chelsea won't even be able to spend any of the fat wads of cash that sit under Roman. So, ATB with that!

well what i heard from soccer gurus that barcelona is trying hard for Neymar and if neymar joins Barca, then David Villa's place is will be in real danger in barcelona(bench only)...as he is aging(31 years) as well...he might join Arsenal....Arsenal is trying hard for him
@TONYMBA Well if he comes to arsenal it will be a big boost for them, leave aside the goals, he will bring that winning mentality which the club is lacking from the last 8 years..
@TONYMBA No sir, Berbatov is not that much bad a player as you said :D, he definitely will be a value addition to any club other than the two manchester clubs . I just read a statistic that from the time he came to premier league in 2006 only van persie and rooney scored more goals than him and he is on level with lampard in terms of goals scored. That's a very good statistic that most are ignoring

So true in 2008, eduardo was injured in that horrific tackle and he was sidelined for the rest of season. He was in form of his life and Arsenal were on top but after his injury Arsenal were not able to maintain the momentum.
Also, Wilshere sat out for 14 months with an injury.
