Football Club -- Part Deux

@deepu - Man Utd's defending woes will grow even bigger with time, and they need somebody reliable at the back! SAF has been a fan of both these players, and I don't think he will think twice before getting on of 'em to OT.
not that he doesn't want to get. guess they can't afford to spend 30m in winter unless they are not in top 4 come december. if they are in top 4 i don't see them spending that much in winter.

Real Madrid solidified their position in the group.Ronaldo's 2nd hat trick in a week
Good morale boosting wins for them before barcelona.Its a must win game for Madrid.
City somehow managed to snatch a point at Etihad. Predict City to again go out in Group Stages.Mancini just doesn't know how to play in Europe.
And folks get ready for the El-Clasico this weekend.Its gonna be a superb match

@deepu , @DibyaDreams , @Adymos - You see! Porto's Champion's League Experience DID play a part in defeating PSG! :mg:

I would not be surprised if PSG finishes third in the group and goes to play the Europa this season.

Meanwhile, though BVB was all over ManCs last night, they might as well pull off a birth for the knock-outs along with Real.
But that might be the end of ManCs UCL journey this season.

I fully expect Manc's UCL journey to be cut short in the group stages this season.Seeing yesterday's performance,the only reason did they not lose badly was Joe Hart.Pulled off some spectacular saves.If they r so bad at Etihad,I cant see them winning on the road in Dortmund and Amsterdam.

Very true coz I think they will be dropping those 6 points against BvB and Madrid anyways.BvB looking much sharper than last season.I expect them to have a good run(maybe till quarters).The lolest result of this week though BATE vs Bayern :D.Couldnt stop laughing after seeing the scoreline.

The most LOLing result was PSG vs Porto!

Hahaha! Just one day before the match, I read an article in which Ibra had quoted that they were aiming to WIN the Champions League THIS SEASON!

:w00t:

I mean, things can't get worse than this can they?

I agree they are a good team, but dude, you need to put a zip on your mouth! Jab REAL MADRID nahi jeet paa rahi, toh tum toh fir bhi PSG ho! :O

Lol,isliye toh maine bachpan main hi Ibra ko seriously lena chhod diya :P

Ibra ki baat chal rahi hai toh mein bhi kuch bolna chahata hoon. I am a Milan supporter. Been floowing them for over 10 years now!!

Hamare club ke gote lag gaye hai from an economic perspective. Sad feeling hai be.

Aaj raat ko Milan derby hai and in exactly 7 days I'll be writing CAT!!

Chalo dekhte hai kya hoga.

Egg-xactly!!!!!!! United scoring, and that too with some surprising names!!! :D

Now looking forward to the big one: El Classico!!!

El Classico......
A messi-ronaldo show in the end,but was hell of a match!
Barca deserved those points..Benzema was funny!

Two weeks of absolutely no football! Argghhhh!!!

International break ne toh laga rakhi hai!

BTW, all those who have their CAT in the forthcoming weeks, are the lucky ones I guess! :mg:
@BABA_Pencho

Whatever Zlatan Ibra says i laugh..... i think he is the most hyped player in the world, a few flashy goals here and there and plenty of attitude is what he's got

@deepu

A team consisting of 4/5 over 30 players will always struggle..... evra was always suspect in defending and his positional play was always horrendous to people who watches Man Utd matches regularly....but previously he got out of jail by his sudden burst of pace and gr8 energy, sadly with age he has lost both.....much like rio ferdinand.... and you add slow passing midfielders like carrick and scholes... any team will struggle....

I really like spurs a lot but question mark remains over their strength in depth.... over the season you will see them falter as matches will start to take their toll....

Did anyone witness the turnaround of luck that occurred in Berlin, yesterday night in the WC Qualifiers??? Sweden, out of nowhere, scores 4 freaking goals within 30 mins to draw level against Germany!!!!!!!!!

Germany might have thought that the job was done after Ozil tucked in. But who would have that there would be a Swedish resurgence!!!

Didn't know even qualifiers are enticing to watch...

Highlights were a treat to watch, couldn't believe how a hapless Sweden came back from the jaws of defeat. Totally entertaining stuff.

Meanwhile, Klose just one shy of equaling gerd muller's record of 68 goals.

Germany have just lost it on the International stage right now.........Sweden should not even have lost 4-2 let alone drew 4-4 away from home

Also,shocking was the injury time goal by FRANCE...beauty of the game...cazorla never do that with the ball....also,torres must be feeling like "home again"
