RvP has been really great for the team last season. But it is really sad that he didn't realized that Arsenal is not winning trophies while he was serving his time in treatment table for all those years. And in last 18 months he realized his ambitions, great! Wenger should have done what SAF did when rooney wanted to leave. Barca hardly play with a striker let alone 2 since Eto'o Left and that ego maniac ibra couldn't fit into the squad , but david villa might play his last season for barca..hez 31 in dec and barca might even sell him if they get a good deal...they have struck the deal of the season with alba signing..for that amount its ridiculous..i bet he wud have gone for atleast 40 m $ if barca hadnt signed him halfway through the tournament..
i Just feel barca will win the CL again since final is in wembley again..and only team tat wins in wembley is barca..it will be interesting how tito soaks up the mourinho jibes wen two clash later on..
Plus we also have to accept the fact that Steven Gerrard is young no more. He still plays like a 25 year old, but he is prone to injuries. We have to search for a perfect replacement for him, and Adam Johnson can be one good addition in the team. He will complete the team and if everything goes well, we'll be pushing for a Top 4 spot by the end of this season.
We are in no place to challenge for the title this season. But I tell you the team that will be pushing hard for EPL is Chelsea! 
There will be a lot of pressure for them to win the EPL this season, and with the kinda signings they have made, I see no reason why they shouldn't, if the Gaffer takes out the best form out of them.
Man Utd meanwhile will go off the radar this season and will finish either 4th or 3rd. but the top 2 slots would be tough for them to deal with.
Man City will get even better this season, with there team already gelled up and all ready to pounce back. Seems the money is now making a lot of noise.

Maicon might leave for greener pastures soon, as Inter is in all sort of bad news. But he will turn 31 quite soon, and I don't see why Chelsea would buy him for a high price (they have learnt there lesson by wasting money on Sheva and Veron previously)
But adding a certain Maicon to the current Gunners squad would be SPLENDID for their defense vows.

I wasn't referring to Bale leaving Spurs. I was referring to when Bale tore Maicon apart in the Champions League two seasons ago. He will be licking his chops at the possibility (if the move occurs), especially now that Maicon has faded further.

Will like to add something more.....chelsea fans are jumping and swooning hearing hazard's name but this guy although supremely talented is highly egoistic, obnoxious and wants to be center of attention everywhere he goes...eg he first said he would join spurs then man city and finally ended up at chelsea(not because he wants to be at chelsea but cause chelsea paid him the highest bucks:wow:)....wants jersey no 10 and what more !!!!
