Barca lost the plot not because they were not good but because they had no plan B
they continued their tick a tick passing without any clue
they shud have tried to switch their plans over...some long balls some physical runs some deep crosses....wat led to their doom was they being exceptional in their style of play and so not having a contingency plan....adaptabilty and evolving are very important..chelsea however would certainly face alltogether a different opposition in finals...this plan may not work there..but i m sure dey wud do good

I agree with you on all fronts but Terry's sending off, He deserved to be sent off..How can he even think of kicking the opposition player...as a Captain he was supposed to be more sensible...even more disgusting was his claims of innocence to the referee his theatrics on being sent off (Even Czech knew the mistake Terry did and was urging him to go quietly)...He has got away with such antics on so many occasions but not this time..good decision by the Linesman..but overall the game saw many poor decisions..But worthily Blue army prevailed...and surely with such determination Champions league crown is not far away

Not supporting Terry at all . It was a corect Red . U cant hit another player no matter what . It was bad show from the captain :nono::nono: What i meant was ki agar Referee miss kar deta :biggrin::biggrin: to Terry would have played the final

though i am not a chelsea fan and love Barca style of play..
But,a quite logically good post..especially the 3rd and 4th points..definitely there is no point in crying over one's style of play over another..If Barca cant win in chelsea and Spain..they deserve to be knocked out even if they maintain even 90% possesion..Hope they rebound next year..

What he meant was that Champions League trophy has not gone to the same country two years in a row. Last year Barca won it i.e. trophy went to spain, so if the curse continues, the trophy won't go to Spain this season. So Real Madrid should not be able to win it if we go by history
