Barca deserved to win..second penalty was unjustified cos the ball was not yet in play..bt the margin of victory was justified...
ac milan were content to play it out..bt the first goal forced them to come out of their hiding...
their was no quick counter attack..could have created prob 4 barca esp since puyol has been sloppy in the defence...ibra was trash
real vs bayern is d match to watch out 4...barca is already in final..
only concern for bayern is the matches they hv to play in bundesliga to challenge dortmund for the title while already being 3 pts behind...
The second one was a penalty as well according to the book.Players get off with it in EPL or Serie A but not in UCL were refs are from a different league or under huge pressure..Well Barca deserved to go through,period..

see if u have seen his performance in the past few matches he has been excellent however he is not getting thru ball which he used to get frm gerrad at liverpul thas the problem one more thing he is big match player all of remeber his miss agaisnt manutd but beleive me on that it was torres only who looked sharp & lively & who cud change anything

You have to say that Chelsea made extremely hard work of a Benfica side who played an hour of the game with 10 men. In fact, for large periods, the Portuguese side dominated. You have to assume if they haven't watched tonight, Barcelona will be watching a recording of this. They won't be worried by anything they see. It is a strange thing to have to address what is a positive night for Chelsea in such negative terms, but this is the reality....

For once I hope Barca reach finals without any controversy(ala playacting, refrees)...just wondering why they win fair and square in finals (2009 and 11 against United) not in two legged knock out games #pointstoponder

honestly I feel that this is a snob effect. Most of us watch epl, so some think it's cool to differentiate themsleves by proclaiming not to watch the popular league but to watch the others
Most of the supposed fans of la liga don't watch any match other than the ones involving madrid or barca and have no clue whatsoever about the the teams from the fourth position onwards (valencia being the obvious third, if they are not, then most of them have no idea about the league positions after the top two)
EPL is undoubtedly the best of all leagues. Because all matches, even a minnow vs a biggie are unpredictable unlike La liga where all the matches are predictable(Even Real vs Barca). There is no fun in watching such leagues. Its a two club league. Even the finances are concentrated with the big two. European Champs like Valencia also suffer from bad finances. In prem league this is not the case... The distribution of money is diffused through out the teams, if not all... Comparatively smaller teams such as NewCastle, Spurs, Everton or even Stoke city for that matter can shock the biggies. Thats why its the most watched league in the world...

He is absolutely right!! i just dont understand year n year out the ref hand over the CL to barca yet UEFA turns a blind eye to it, n if som1 tries to express their feelings they are handed match ban!! LOL
