The FLIP National Challenge 2011

To participate, B-Schoolers need to write FLIP's certifications/examinations in the areas of their interest:
Final Year students: Can take one or more of the below mentioned certifications
1) Corporate Banking Products & Credit Analysis
2) Treasury and Capital Markets
3) Trade Finance & Cash Management Services
The Top Ten certified candidates in each category get three specific PPIs, one each from ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank and YES BANK. Theyalso get resume and interview guidance sessions by senior bankers before their PPIs.
First Year students: Can take the 'Finance and Banking Fundamentals' certification.
The Top Ten certified candidates get mentoring on resume building by senior bankers, plusa visit to Standard Chartered Bank's dealing room and meeting with the MD -Regional Head, Fixed Income, Currencies &Commodities; ,South Asia.
Certifications can be written at any of FLIP's testing centers across India, between 9th August and 26th September. Limited on-campus testing facility is also available for campuses with > 50 enrolments. Please book this facility at the earliest.

Certifications can be taken at FLIP centers across India. Slots for the computer- based exam are available 6 days/week. Campus bulk testing option is also available on first come first served basis.
Prizes:
Cash Prizes of Rs 30,000, Rs. 20,000 & Rs. 10,000 for the 3 toppers in each of the 4 certifications: a total of Rs. 2.4 lakh.

1. Final year students wrote certifications/examinations in the area of Corporate banking/Wealth Management/Treasury & Capital markets.
2. Overall 30 candidates got 90 PPIs from ICICI bank, Kotak Mahindra bank & Yes bank.
3. These leading banks offered final placements for core profiles of Treasury, Corporate banking & Wealth Management.
4. First year students wrote the competition in the area of 'Finance & Banking Fundamentals' & got cash prizes (up to 30K) & summer Internships from these banks.
