I have a confusion regarding the GARP Membership renewal fee.
I had registered for FRM part1 exam on July 25th 2012.
Now , I'm planning to register for FRM part 2 exam which would be in Nov 2013.
Of-late I'm getting the reminder e-mail stating that my membership is about to expire and need to renew it.
But my doubt over here is that do we need to renew over membership even if we register for part 2 exam.

Do anyone has the topic wise relevance from exam perspective for FRM part 1, it will be really useful as I'm already in a full time job and also not from Finance background, I'm from IT. This will help me to crack the topics with high relevance first.
I had the material from schweser and BT, but the BT videos and material I found assumes that the candidate already knows the basics, can anyone suggest anything else. In some blogs I found some one recommending "FInstructor", please let me know your views.
Also please let me know if anyone has the Finstructor videos.
