which specialization to opt for.operations or finance? i m a mechanical engg grad & hv workd in jsw steel for 6 months my dad owns a medium scale manufacturing business of mechanical fasteners. i feel operations can be helpful in this case.however my dad being an industrialist himself says dat operations will be learnt if you practise the business on the way whereas finance will require special learning also if the industry fails i can have backup career in finance..so in this case what should i opt for?plz help me
