What can be done is, a stipulation can be made. The players in the side should HAVE to be from the squads named by the two countries. In the event of any team having players other than that, the team will not be registered.
This should keep the Michael Holdings and Sunil Gavaskars out.
That's a good idea. Only a small issue here, WI have not yet announced their squad, and normally the hosts do not announce it before 5 days before the series.

i think its a minor problem of peole posting absurd teams!!!! coz if we continue with the game next series (which loooks like sure shot judging by the response) u would see that there is only a day's time for everyone to come up with their teams!!!!
the ODI series end on 28th!!!! will be out with the results on 29th and then the second game would begin!!!! which leaves them with a day or two at the max!!!! the tests begin on 2nd june!!!! so the messers wont have much time to play around!!!!!:satisfie:
but yes suneer the suggestion kushal made will be useful too!!!! rememberto put it up for the next game!!!! but since u say the teams might not be up, specially the home teams, so make it that only realistic teams will be registered!!!!

well!!! its 15 teams so far!!!! and yes no romesh powar!!!! i think since its only five players a team, people have gone in for players who have a sure shot chance of playing and when played have a sure shot chance of scoring points!!!!
as a result, 13 teams vie for the services of irfan pathan and rahul dravid is second best with 9 to his name!!!!! yuvraj and dhoni have 8 each!!! while the best west indian selection seems to be chris gayle with five people selecting him!!!!! :satisfie:
and kushal lara has only 2 to his name!!!! u and me!!!!!

well i dont have my excell sheets with me right now!!! i actually put up those stats from memory!!! coz they were top of the list and easily memorable!!!!!
aneways just a few more points!!!! since gayle seems to be the fav selection of the west indian team, it is seen that teams opting for only one west indian have only gayle in them!!!! thats why sarwan, lara and chanderpaul lose out!!!!
if by chance there are two west indians then the other one is dwayne bravo, considered by many as the dark horse!!!!!
of course no team has three west indians!!!!!
p.s - these stats are of only 13 teams out of 15!!! cos teams pariah and criminally bizarre are yet to put out their actual teams in place of their respective dream teams!!!!!:satisfie:
