Bad performance by my players in third eng-SL one day. Why Dilshan is not bowling yaar? (He didnt even got chance to bat). collingwood not picking any wickets. I must have gone down.. put the leaders borad yar.

Here we are with the third edition of the PISS(PagalGuy Interactive Super Selector) PISS003!
As earlier, we have decided to keep the rules simple, and are as follows:-
a. This PISS003 is for the schedule attached with this post
b. It begins on 13th July and ends on 31st July, 2006.
c. A participant has to choose 7 players of his/her choice(no restriction on batsmen/bowler/keeper/fielder!). The players can be chosen till before 2 hours before the match, i.e. if the match is at 1930 hours IST, you can choose ur team till 1730 hours, after which the team will be frozen.
d. Scoring:- 1 run = 1 point, 1 wicket = 25 points and 1 catch/stumping/runout* = 5 points
Bonus Points:- 20 points for a century 20 points for 4 wickets in an innings
*We will follow the scorecard mentioned in www.cricinfo.com. So, in case of runouts, if we have 2 people mentioned in the card, we give both of 'em 5 points
e. Bonus Points:- Player scoring a ton gets 20 points bonus, same goes with a player picking up 4 wickets.
f. Substitutions:- The participant is entitled 5 substitutions during this PGSSL003. The substitutions can be done only before a match,(till one hour before the match obviously), and CANNOT be done during the match.
You can change ur teams till 2 hours before the start of the series(first match of the month) without losing any substitutions!!
g. Winner:- The participant with the most no. of points at the end of PGSSL003 will be delared the winner.
h. Tie:- In case of a tie, there will be a countback system used, i.e. in this case, the scores at the end of the 4th ODI will be seen, and the one leading will be declared the winner. In case, it is still a tie, the same will continue for the 3rd ODI and so on. In case the scores are same for all ODIs, all the concerned participants will be declared winners!
i. No Joker/Trump:- For people who played PISS2, the Joker/Trump rule has been removed for PISS3. So, you need not worry too much about the injuries to Jokers, there is no suh thing! Should be back with modifications to this rule for PISS4 in August.
j. Abandoned Matches:- . In case of ODIs, if the match is replayed after being stopped mid way, the previous points will not be added(for e.g. like in the Champions Trophy finals between India and Lanka, the first final got abandoned and there was a replay, the points for the replay would be taken in account and not the first one.) However, if there is no replay, the Abandoned Match's points will be taken in account. In case of both getting Abandoned, the first match's scores will be taken into account
k. Scoring by Chetan Narula, software help by Sahil Goyal! Special thanks to both of 'em! You can start posting now, and Chetan will register all the teams

@RAMIT: I was expecting to go down but not this much. My playeers didnt peform well yaar.
Anyways one match is still left. Although with pietersen still doubtfull to play i am loosing a lot. Many top teams ferrari, bluffy, maddy, suneer, sahil, harshad doesnt have pietersen in their teams. But thats the way it goes. And i also wish dilshan gets ball in this match. He has been a worse pick after laxman and flintoff.
PISS 3: (SUNEER) Just wanted to highlight about number of subs. There are 7 teams playing this month and only 5 subs are allowed (i know you've already inceased one), I would suggest it to be six. Although i know very few people may go for kenya or zim players. So actually only five teams would be playing.
Another thing is about calender: We are going month by month rather we should go series by series. In PISS3 we can also include whole zim-Ban series, third tests between Eng - PAK and second test between SL-SA. So PISS 3 from 13 july- 8 aug. With full Zim-Ban series people will also think of taking players from this series. otherwise those two ODIs might be unwanted.
And PISS4 : From aug 14 to sep 10 which will include IND-SL-SA tri series and ENG-PAK fourth test and EKG-PAK ODI series.
Then we can all wait for ICC trophy for PISS5.
Similarly in PISS2 we could have had fourth ind-WI test and fifth SL-ENG ODI. But thats past.
P.S.: I know more people, more suggestions. And you cant accept everything. So, doesnt matter if you want to ignore these suggestions.
P.S.2: If you need help for calculations of score, I can definitely be there. If possible please upload your excel sheet.
