Congratulations! A huge risk has come good for you. And the success has to be solely yours, don't think anybody else has Jaffer in the side.
On the whole, a quietish day for point collection. Barring Jaffer, nobody really set the stage on fire. The 4th day will see more activity, I am sure.
India have done well to claw their way back into this match now. If we can get a lead of around 250 now, it should be an interesting game. And we do have the batting to push the score that far. Only hope Dravid plays a little quicker. He's being too slow.
Thanx mate but i am still lagging behind most of you as other players havent done much for me :(. As far as the match is concerned i dun see India winning it till these 2 go on atleast till lunch (will be gud for me as well as india). I feel on this track anything less than 300 will be chaseable .To luking forward to a decent score be put up by india n hope india wins this one
Well now, this seems to be the Underdog's month. First, Jaffer scored a hundred. Now Panesar picks up five! Par kya faayda. Don't think anyone has picked him. Now, lets hope the big boys come good. Trescothick, Flintoff, Murali...May Murali pick up five and Trescothick and Flintoff score hundreds to take their team to 325. But first things first, Strauss and Pieterson need to be dismissed as early as possible!
Guys England all out and lost the match murli 8 wickets no catch for sangakara flintoff and pieterson both failed jaffer all set for double ton dravid looking for 150 +
Eight wickets for Murali! Most of us do have him in our side. So shouldn't make much of a difference. For those who don't have him, well, good luck catching up! Jaffer scoring a double is rather hard to digest. Kunal does have him in his side, what made him pick the man remains a mystery, but its paid off big time! Aur kisike team me tha kya Jaffer? Panesar along with the 5 wickets, also scored some runs yesterday. Good thing is, no one's picked him Dave Mohammed might not have picked 5, but he's done well enough! Par woh bhi kisike team me hai nai Flintoff is in trouble. Hamstring injury. Will have to monitor the man over the next few days for the possibility of a substitution. Jin logo ne use Joker banaya hai, unko meri sahaanubhuti. All they can do is hope and pray.
May Gayle be out first ball in the morning, may Sarwan score a hundred and may Lara bid a magical farewell to his most memorable cricket venue!

and may katrina kaif marries me and may i have beautiful twins yaar bahut hi may laga diye sarwan tak to theek hai par lara noways
Havent come here for a long time now(3 days I think!), becoz my PC's gone for a toss(and has won it and elected to bat first!!!)....sitting in a slow cyber cafe aint that good an option!
Anyways, as Kushal rightly pointed out, jaffer's only in Kunal's team, so it is ahead by 220 odd points already! Murli's not present in very few teams(I think around 6 Teams), and they will need to pull out a rabbit from the hat to get back!
Flintoff, aaha, injuriy toh hai, seriousness will soon be found out by this weekend, dunno whether he will play or no for the ODIs, but I do get this feeling, even if he does, a. He will not be 100% and b. he wont play in all the ODIs, probably 2 or 3!
I will be out with the Leader Board tomorrow(unfortunately from this very slow and not-so-steady cyber cafe!)...all the best to all the Sarwan, Lara, C'paul and Gayle 'fans', hopefully we do not have one person score a double ton and the rest failing(to kill the competition! 😉 )!!!
So fianlly good to see india on fire. Although Sehwag and laxman disappointd me after a good start.. Laxman was a good pick considering his record in WI and he playing at No3 but he has to prove me right.. Anyways happy to see indian performaing well.. Bad to see the way Yuvi played.. He could have played faster.. Lets see what happens on final day.. whjat our bowlers have to show.
Two bad days for me.. Murli wasnt there in my team.. expected him to perform well but 8 wickets, no.. Didnt pick him because of only one test compared to two for Kumble and his not so good performance in One dayers.. Lets see what kumble does in second innings.. how much points he negates..
@ Kunal: Good pick of Jaffer.. expected him to hit fifties but double ton, no.. Good for india..
FLintoff news is bad for me as he is my joker.. Anyway such bad luck happens..
Waiting for the final inning.. Have three batsmen from WI but would be happy to see india winning rather than getting more points..

Hmm. Is that honestly honest or are there any hidden aspirations somewhere in the deep recesses of your heart!
Laxman will come good sooner or later. I'll substituting somebody for him soon. Just didn't pick him in the initial side coz he hadn't had a lot of cricket before the series and he would've been justifiably rusty. Now that he's got some runs and spent a bit of time, a big one shouldn't be too far away
