Yes, good you asked, the much talked about, Lock up Time!
The Teams or the Substitutions need to be locked 2 hours before the start of the first match of the day, that is the moot point here, first match of the day!
And, noone is gonna "Lock" the teams, one cannot make changes to it once the lockin time is up(According to PG Standard Time!)...so hopefully, no more arguments!

dont worry .. i had a talk with More ... and they agreed to give the current players a rest and recalled the likes of Srinath, Laxmi Siva Rama Krishnan, Manjarekar, Arun Lal, Saba Karim, Ashok Malhotra, Maninder Singh, Kirmnani, Sandeep Patil, Sidhu, Jadeja, Srikanth ... and other so called cricket experts.

Your exams have ended just on time! So, welcome to the game, more popularly known as PISS, more precisely, to it's second version.
Kindly go through the Post No. 427 on this thread, and also the schedule along with it. All ur queries will be answered, and talking about ur substitutions, no, you can make 'em only in the Time Slots allocated. So, simply speaking, no subs allowed during matches!
Registrations have begun, and end on early 2nd June!
Any other doubts,(after going thru. Post 427, that is!), do lemme know!

Dude U certainly Havent lost. U picked a great Team at the start. Which was Same as Mine. We both were going gr8. Then I forgot to substitute !
Thats where everything was over for me.

Hehe! I dunno what Chetan tol' ya Ferrarijee, but I certainly say quite the opposite, in one year of PISS, I would find it difficult to find the same winner again!(And that is if, we have around 30-35 same Teams thruout!)
But, if you do win it again this year, hats off to ur cricket acumen, you should be send to West Indies to captain the team from the sidelines(thats probably called coaching!!!), for the 2007 WC!
