facing severe problem in TCS

facing trouble with my HR

Hi all,Im currently working in tcs...and I have been forcefully put into internal project even though i showed no interest.So,to get out this inernal ITIS project, as well as to change my location from chenna to hyd,i applied sick leave for 3 weeks saying not feeling comfortable here with the outside food.My HR applied unauthorized absence for all the leaves and escalated it with adding false points saying that i'm not reporting to office and not working at all,refused to take any work.,,etc.,even though i informed and taken the sick leaves,my HR applied unauthorized absence and kept on sending me warning letters.I'm still fighting alone to get transfer to hyd.And when i ubmit medical reports,she did not satisfy with the reports and started agin with same false points and issued me warning letters..they unallocated me finally and didnt inform officially that i have been released from the project.Also I started taking sick leaves in between.They finally raised charge-sheet cum notice of enquiry adding wrong statements saying im disrespecting organisation,showng discourtesey to the supervisors,etc,,once when i refused to take warning letter,they called security guard to the discussion room,and ensured him that I should take that warning letter and go out of the room.I had to take the letter with me and come out of the room.Aftersome time,I threw the letter into the dustbin and left.That security guard saw tht letter that i had thrown the letter into the dustbin and immediately informed to the HR.The very next day I got the warning letter highlighting that the letter i have thrown into the dustbin and added wrong statements that im showing disrespect to the organization and disrespect to the supervisors etc..from then,they started harassing me by kept on sending memos with false points to my home.Now I have been issued "charge sheet cum notice of enquiry "by my HR.My HR targeted me and added false points on the chargesheet letter and asked me to report to the enquiry.I have reported and explained them that I have health issues so I requested for transfer to hyd.They did not satisfied with my answers.Now they asked me to wait for the mail communication.Until I get any mail,I suppose not to report to office . Will they have any plan to terminate me without notice?? also when i asked for 10 days leave for my sister's marriage,they approved only 3 days.I have taken 10 days with intimation.But,they locked all my accounts and did not allow me to complete my goal sheet..the date got expired now.Could you please tell me what will happen now? I'm not at all there in that project and the team as well,I'm unallocated since february.I am asking for transfer saying with the medical reason,they are not at all considering my request.Please tell me whether they will terminate me or allow me to continue?With the help of coporate team,my HR and my project manager targeted me and escalating by telling them false points against me.i have no clue what they will do now.Its been 15 days since i report to office.Is it ok to fill my timesheet now.? And when i went to RMG and told that I'm unallocated,she told me that I have to report to the same project again even though I dont have any allocation and she also added the point that I'm under termination process.Could you please suggest me how to get rid of this situation and get rid of this Chennai:( ?? thanks a ton in advance!!! I'm trying for transfer since 6 months..i"m still a trainee..and about to complete one year in TCS if this april 28 comes.. please suggest me some help!!
