IPE has launched a 15 month AICTE approved Ex-PGDM Progamme especially designed program to meet the needs of working executives and practicing managers, aspiring to be business leaders of tomorrow, to enhance their education without interrupting their careers. The course and its cutting edge curriculum mainly address the managerial issues and challenges, and train the professionals to move forward in their career and become top class executives and leaders. The participants shall be from various industries/sectors, which shall provide an exciting prospect of learning.
This programme is intended to develop among the participants a generalized perspective of integrated cross-functional responsibilities and specialized technical and managerial skills. Such skills and expertise are necessary to assume middle and top management responsibilities. Academic inputs provided during the programmer shall bring out the inter-relationship among various functional areas as well as familiarize the participant in the techniques in functional areas including those in which the participants may have experience. The participants shall also get trained in technical and functional skills such as communication, accounting, finance, marketing and operations and shall be helped to develop their analytical and integrative skills s that they can define complex problems with clarity and adopt a methodology best suited to deal with them.
The Institute encourages organizational/institutional sponsorship for the participants to pursue this programme and appreciates a commitment from the organization's pat to defray the expenses incurred by their executives on education and training. Full or partial sponsorship by organizations minimizes the financial liability of the participant to pursue the programme.

Eligibility criteria
Executives with graduate degree (minimum 3 years duration) in any discipline (or equivalent qualification) from a recognized University
- At least 2 years of full time post-qualification professional experience
- A valid score of CAT/MAT/XAT/GMAT/ATMA

The Executive Post Graduate Diploma in Management is an exclusively designed 15 months program, approved by the (AICTE), MHRD, Government of India. The program is designed for working supervisors, executives and practicing managers, who are in the progression to assume senior level responsibilities. On completion of the program, the participants can aspire to take general management positions and leadership roles.
