Just wanted some info things related to Ex MBA! ....Iam currently working for TCS....1 Year Work Ex! ... Studying for CAT 2011, will be giving almost all entrances including GMAT. I am also thinking about Ex MBA going forward... as checked out most brochures for colleges 27 years is the min age! .. and iam 23! .. Is there any disadvantage in Ex MBA when compared to normal MBA... and also wanted to know .. For admissions in MOST IIMs and most imp IIMA , they have a stage named leadership profiling..... Can you tell me what exactly it is??

This query would've been more appropriate for one of the relevant threads in the MBA programs section.
If you are referring to programs like ISB and PGPX (IIMA), then it would be premature for you to think about these programs before you get a substantial amount of experience.
Check out the average work-ex for IIMA's 1 yr program. It's close to 10 years.
Don't jump from CAT to GMAT. The target programs are meant for different kinds of profiles. For your age/experience, focus on CAT for now and try to get into a good school.
If things don't work out, get some business, managerial, leadership experience and then consider the GMAT based options.
