After seeing the consolidated sheet .....one thing many of us are neglecting is the number of attempts in gs and english.....if i talk about general category then around 60 prcnt have attempted 30+ in gs and many of them have attempted 25+ in english.......so i dont think each and every candidate will have 100 prcnt accuracy in eng and gs....hence wait for the result and ignore 45prcnt or 160 + cutoff for final result
I don't think cutoff will cross 150 for final selection for Ur category as there are 250 vacancies not 30/40 vacancies.250 vacancies are enough to bring cutoff down

ok guys i was reading recruitment pdf again for phase 3 and there is no minimum qualifying given...so i was wondering how the competition is going to be in next levels? My theory is down below in 1) & 2), please let me know what you think and if you have any other theory comment below...
1)Those who will pass 3rd phase(out of 1500) will compete finally based on their performnace in phase 2.
Ex: 700/1500 students qualified in phase 3 and out of these 700, 300 will be selected on basis of their performance in phase 2, regardless the one who did not qualify for phase 3(who scored better than these selected ones in phase 2), because i am sure if it is qualifying(phase 3) there will be some cut off too in phase 3.
what i am trying to say is all 1500 have equal chance of being selected due to phase 3.(ofcourse high score will matter after passing phase 3)
2) yaa phir all 1500 will be evaluated and sabko qualify kar denge and phase 2 pe select karenge but then phase 3 karane ka koi matlab hi nahi reh jayega.
what do you guys think? please let me know
